Effective date: October 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.print-worktraq.com (the “Site”), operated by VIC Digital Works (“Print WorkTraq”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about Print WorkTraq products and services, including WorkTraq MIS, Web-to-Print and Styler, and lets you contact us and request a demo. The Site is intended for businesses and for people 18 years of age or older.
2. Our software is covered by a separate agreement
These Terms apply only to the Site. Use of the Print WorkTraq software and related services (including subscriptions, fees, support, service levels and the handling of customer data inside the software) is governed by the separate agreement signed between you and us. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the agreement applies.
3. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information submitted through the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read it.
4. Information on the Site
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Product features, screenshots, videos, availability and other details may change without notice and may not reflect the exact version available to you. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer; any purchase is subject to a separate written agreement or quote.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, screenshots, software and the overall design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. “Print WorkTraq”, “WorkTraq”, “Styler” and related logos are trademarks of VIC Digital Works or its affiliates.
You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own internal business use in evaluating our products, provided you keep all copyright and other notices. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks any law or regulation;
- submit false or misleading information, or impersonate any person or organization;
- send spam, unsolicited advertising or malicious content through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems, or interfere with its security or operation;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content or data from the Site without our written permission; or
- use the Site or its content to build or promote a competing product or service.
We may block or restrict access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms.
7. Information you submit
When you submit a form, book a demo or otherwise contact us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information through the Site unless we have agreed in writing to receive it on a confidential basis. Booking a demo does not create any obligation for either of us to enter into an agreement.
8. Third-party links and content
The Site may link to or include content from third parties, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, Facebook and LinkedIn. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that it is free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Calgary, Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
